A team for prizes other people define

Team XSO is a permanent frontier-technology prize-competition and research organization. Prize organizers set the target and appoint the judges. Team XSO builds the team that pursues the target.

Prize organizations define breakthroughs and appoint judges. Team XSO builds the teams that pursue those breakthroughs: continuous scouting, a few selected technical campaigns, and respect for an outcome the team does not grade.

The organization is a core of six functions and a rotating field bench. Judging stays outside. Evidence stays on file. The public record of the work travels with the campaign.
